All requests, from members of the public, for repairs or tariff updates need to be processed through an approved Cygnus dealer. Cygnus automotive has a network of dealer situated all over the UK. To find your nearest dealer, you can either telephone the main office on +44 (0)1543 573912 or by filling in the email enquiry form.

Warranty

12 Months warranty applies on all new goods from the date of Sales Invoice to Cygnus Dealer.

This can be easily checked at the Cygnus office, on +44 (0)1543 573912, if you are unsure of the your purchase date.

Returns

Goods cannot be returned without prior permission - A 20% handling charge will be payable for goods correctly supplied.

Repair

Goods within their warranty period will me repaired or replaced free of charge. Goods not in their warranty period will be repaired, where possible, at a standard cost for labour and carriage plus the cost of any parts used.

Receive the latest software
Request technical backup
Receive documents (i.e. Product instructions, wiring diagrams) straight away, rather than waiting for a postal delivery or receiving a poor quality fax.
